3D Event Designer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a creative 3D Event Designer to join our growing team on a remote basis. The role focuses on turning concepts into immersive event, exhibition and brand activation experiences through high‑quality visualisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, retail environments and experiential campaigns.
• Create high‑quality 3D renders, mood boards and presentation decks.
• Prepare technical drawings, layouts and production‑ready design files.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production and client‑servicing teams.
• Ensure designs align with client briefs, brand guidelines, budgets and project timelines.
• Support design revisions and final execution requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event, exhibition or experiential design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication and production processes is an advantage.
• Experience with GCC projects is an advantage.
