About the role

Mawlana Beads is seeking a creative Accessories Designer to join its Giza studio. You will be responsible for turning design concepts into high‑quality jewelry and accessory pieces that reflect both traditional and contemporary styles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original accessory concepts and translate them into detailed design sketches.
• Create prototypes and work closely with product development teams to refine designs.
• Conduct market and trend research to ensure collections meet current consumer demands.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure alignment with production capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring new products to market on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in accessory, jewelry, or product design.
• Strong research abilities to identify market trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.
