Accountant – Restaurants & Café (3‑5 yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of multiple restaurant and café outlets in Shorouk City, Cairo. The role involves comprehensive bookkeeping, analysis, budgeting and reporting to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and record all financial transactions across restaurant and café locations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, providing financial guidance to operational teams.
• Generate timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage inventory and implement cost‑control initiatives to improve profitability.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector (restaurants, cafés, or F&B retail).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and core finance concepts.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
