Business Partnership and Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Business Partnership and Controlling Analyst is a key member of the Business Controlling team, responsible for financial analysis, performance management and business partnering across a multi‑entity, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reporting & Performance Management – prepare and deliver weekly and monthly management reporting packs, consolidate data from multiple entities and provide insightful commentary on performance.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – lead annual budgeting, periodic re‑forecasts, variance analysis and develop financial models and Excel‑based tools.
• Business Partnering – act as a trusted sparring partner for operational teams, translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management and support regular business review meetings.
• Process & Data Quality – drive continuous improvement of reporting templates, standardise controlling processes, identify and resolve data quality issues and contribute to ERP/BI tool evolution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in finance, controlling or FP&A.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Experience in an international or multi‑entity environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Management accounting concepts and P&L mechanics.
• Experience with ERP or BI tools (e.g., D365, Power BI) – a plus.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
