Accounting Manager

About the role

TechLabs London is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its Finance department at the Cairo Development Centre. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, drive budgeting processes and act as the primary finance liaison with senior leadership across a fast-growing technology organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function and deliver timely, accurate financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Design, improve and automate financial processes and internal controls.
• Manage, develop and evaluate the accounting team.
• Serve as the main finance point of contact for senior management and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications are a plus.
• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial responsibility.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in fast-growing or structured organisations, preferably within the technology sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
