Aconex Solution Architect (Technical Lead) – Part‑Time Remote

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for an experienced Aconex Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Oracle Aconex solutions on a part‑time, remote basis. You will act as the technical lead, shaping scalable architectures, configuring the platform and guiding project teams through the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and deployment of Oracle Aconex solutions.
• Design scalable solution architectures based on business and project requirements.
• Configure projects, document structures, workflows, forms, correspondence, user roles, permissions and security settings.
• Develop implementation strategies, deployment plans and solution roadmaps.
• Conduct technical workshops and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
• Design and oversee integrations between Aconex and enterprise applications using APIs.
• Plan and execute document and data migration from legacy systems.
• Manage system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, go‑live activities and post‑implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with document‑control standards and industry best practices.
• Prepare architecture documents, technical specifications and deployment guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8‑10+ years of experience with Oracle Aconex, including hands‑on configuration and deployment.
• Proven track record leading Aconex implementation projects from initiation to go‑live.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating implementation activities.
