Administration Section Head – Site Operations

About the role

The Administration Section Head will lead and support site administrators to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. This role provides full administrative assistance to Project Managers and oversees transportation, accommodation, and site services for uninterrupted project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support, and monitor Site Administrators to maintain policy compliance.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and resolve daily operational challenges.
• Coordinate transportation, drivers, and fleet activities, approving vehicle rentals and ensuring schedule adherence.
• Review and approve employee accommodation plans, oversee maintenance, and conduct regular inspections.
• Supervise housekeeping and cleaning services at project sites and accommodation facilities.
• Manage operational advances, expense reviews, and allowance approvals in line with financial policies.
• Coordinate with government authorities, suppliers, and service providers to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, budget utilization, and challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of professional experience, including administration and operations.
• Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in site or camp administration.
• Proven leadership of administrative teams and management of multiple sites or large workforces.
• Strong knowledge of employee accommodation management, transportation coordination, fleet operations, and site support services.
