AI Data Engineer – AI4ALL

About the role

Valeo is looking for an AI Data Engineer to join the AI4ALL team. You will help build a robust, adaptable AI framework that integrates seamlessly with our product development workflow, driving efficiency and intelligent automation across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain core AI components of the framework.
• Implement APIs, AI models, and optimise performance for integration with adjacent systems.
• Conduct unit, API, load, and frontend testing for all components.
• Document and deploy developed products, ensuring ongoing maintenance.
• Build user‑facing features, create responsive UI components and manage client‑side data handling.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communication or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or generative AI.
• Proven knowledge of at least one Python web framework (Flask, FastAPI, Django).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) is a plus.
