Application Manager - Business Systems

About the role

Archer is expanding its Cairo hub and needs an Application Manager to own the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of its core business applications. You will act as the bridge between Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations, ensuring that systems run smoothly and data flows without manual re‑entry.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM) as the primary business platforms.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and conduct regular access reviews.
• Configure custom fields, records, forms, workflows, approval routings, and saved searches.
• Handle release management: test vendor updates in sandbox, communicate impacts, and promote changes to production.
• Serve as first escalation point for application issues, triage tickets, and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders on defects and enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, deduplication, and validation rules.
• Gather requirements from multiple departments and translate them into system configurations or enhancement requests.
• Support and monitor integrations via native connectors, iPaaS, or APIs.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Identify manual processes and drive automation end‑to‑end.
