About the role

The Appointment Setter role at BPOHIVE is a full‑time remote position focused on generating qualified meetings for the sales team. Working on US business hours (4 pm‑1 am), you will engage prospects, schedule appointments and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through phone, email or chat.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments that match sales criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled meetings in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm attendance and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level English (C1/C2) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or tele‑prospecting.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and work independently.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and based in Egypt.

• Proficiency with standard office tools and CRM systems.
