Architectural Site Engineer – Interior Finishing

About the role

AGHA DESIGN HOUSE is seeking an experienced Architectural Site Engineer specialized in interior finishing to oversee the execution of residential and commercial fit‑out projects in 6th of October City. The role combines on‑site supervision, quality control and close coordination with the design team to deliver high‑quality interiors that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors, labor force and material deliveries, guaranteeing efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with the technical office and design team for clarifications, and monitor project timelines to keep works on schedule.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior finishing and fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management, construction materials and finishing details.
• Leadership, organisational and teamwork abilities, with capacity to work under pressure.
