Architectural & Structural BIM Engineer (Precast Concrete)

About the role

We are looking for Architectural and Structural BIM Engineers to develop detailed 3D BIM models for precast concrete elements and to perform structural analysis and design calculations. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate shop drawings, fabrication details and clash‑free models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for precast concrete elements using Autodesk Revit.
• Extract accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings and rebar schedules from the BIM models.
• Perform clash detection with Navisworks and resolve spatial conflicts before execution.
• Conduct structural analysis and design calculations for precast concrete components using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 or Robot Structural Analysis.
• Prepare structural calculation sheets, technical reports and coordinate designs with the BIM team.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams and factory personnel to ensure seamless precast production and installation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering from a public university.
• 2–5+ years of experience in precast concrete design, detailing or BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of precast connection details, production constraints and erection methodologies.

Required skills
