Architectural Team Leader

About the role

Arttec Group is looking for a seasoned Architectural Team Leader to drive technical office operations and guide a team of architects in delivering large‑scale construction projects. The role combines leadership, design coordination, and on‑site technical support to turn complex blueprints into iconic landmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the architectural technical office team, ensuring efficient task allocation and timely delivery of high‑quality shop drawings.
• Oversee preparation, review and approval of shop drawings, composite drawings and architectural details.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP and other disciplines, proactively identifying and resolving clashes.
• Conduct technical meetings and communicate directly with consultants, clients and subcontractors to secure approvals and maintain smooth workflows.
• Provide technical support to site execution teams, resolving complex engineering issues in compliance with building codes and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in major construction companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Team Leader or Section Head.
• Strong leadership presence, exceptional problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and international building codes.
