Architectural Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in Abu Kabir, Sharqia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality 3D designs, detailed shop drawings, and accurate quantity take‑offs while collaborating closely with structural and MEP disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 3D interior and exterior designs and renders using 3ds Max and Revit.
• Produce detailed architectural shop drawings—including plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and layouts—through AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform precise quantity surveying, material take‑offs, and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP teams to resolve site clashes using clash detection tools.
• Review material submittals and technical specifications to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in a technical office role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and shop‑drawing capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
