Architecture Construction Manager – Sharm El Sheikh

About the role

The Architecture Construction Manager for Sharm Projects will lead on‑site execution of architectural construction works in Sharm El Sheikh. Reporting to the technical office, the manager ensures that all activities follow design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site teams and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and suppliers to align work with design intent.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and resolve technical issues on site.
• Manage budgets, cost control and resource allocation for the construction phase.
• Implement and enforce construction safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of architectural finishes, structural works and on‑site execution practices.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in construction safety standards and risk assessment.
• Experience in project control, scheduling and progress reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Previous experience managing large‑scale or high‑profile architectural projects, preferably in Egypt.
