Area Manager – Pharmacy Operations

About the role

The Area Manager will lead a group of pharmacy branches in the Giza region, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance. Reporting to senior management, you will be the key link between corporate strategy and day‑to‑day store activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise branch managers, monitor sales, profitability and compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Plan and execute operational strategies, manage staffing levels, support recruitment, onboarding and continuous training.
• Conduct regular branch visits to review inventory, merchandising, address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare performance reports, set targets and collaborate on expansion plans.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities, including coaching, performance monitoring and conflict resolution.
• Experience in retail or pharmacy operations, covering inventory control and workflow optimization.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, manage budgets and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field preferred.
