Artwork Finaliser – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Artwork Finaliser to join our Cairo‑based creative team at inD, a regional leader in B2B exhibitions and events. The role focuses on preparing and finalising artwork for both print and digital output across a busy portfolio of trade shows in the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and package artwork files for print and digital production to the highest standard.
• Make amendments and updates to existing artwork accurately and efficiently.
• Pre‑flight files and resolve any technical issues before output.
• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines, file specifications, and naming conventions.
• Manage a steady volume of production tasks, prioritising to meet deadlines.
• Liaise with Creative Leads and Senior Designers to ensure smooth handover of final files.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an artwork, production, or studio environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid understanding of print production requirements.
• Organised, methodical and reliable under pressure.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work without compromising quality.
