Assistant Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Security Manager to support daily security operations at our food manufacturing facility in 6th of October, Giza. The role involves supervising security staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and handling incidents efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily security operations and supervise security staff across shifts.
• Control site access, monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security inspections.
• Investigate security incidents, prepare reports and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with company security policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external security authorities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Mandatory military background in the Egyptian Armed Forces.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Security Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Maximum age of 45 years.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of emergency procedures and risk assessment.
