About the role
We are looking for an Associate Scientist to lead formulation development and product‑development activities within our research & development pharmacy team. The role focuses on designing, testing and scaling up pharmaceutical formulations while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and perform pre‑formulation and formulation trials for new products.
- Document and report trial observations and results according to SOPs.
- Operate laboratory instruments and equipment in line with GMP procedures.
- Prepare samples for stability and bio‑equivalence studies.
- Execute pilot, scale‑up and validation batches and generate required documentation.
- Follow occupational safety and waste‑management protocols.
- Support any additional tasks related to product development, scale‑up and technology transfer.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Required skills
- Laboratory instrumentation operation.
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.
