Associate Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Associate Visual Merchandiser will support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of high‑quality visual merchandising standards across Chalhoub Group stores, focusing on luxury and beauty brands. The role translates brand guidelines and seasonal concepts into impactful in‑store executions and ensures consistency across displays, windows, podiums, launches, and animations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement seasonal visual merchandising concepts, brand guidelines, launches, windows, podiums and in‑store displays across all stores.
• Conduct regular market and store visits to verify VM standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance teams, logistics, brands and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of VM projects.
• Forecast and plan VM material requirements on a seasonal and annual basis.
• Review, adapt and redesign visual concepts, artwork and product displays as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising within luxury, beauty, fashion or premium retail.
• Strong visual eye, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable conducting regular store visits.
