B2B Appointment Setter (Cold Calling)

About the role

We are looking for confident English‑speaking professionals to cold‑call US B2B decision makers, handle live objections, and book qualified meetings that actually take place. This remote, commission‑based position focuses on delivering high‑quality appointments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to US and international B2B decision makers across various industries.
• Qualify prospects live on the call against each client’s specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Handle objections confidently and convert skeptical prospects into booked meetings.
• Confirm, remind, and reschedule prospects until the meeting occurs, then hand off to the client.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly on client or internal calendars.
• Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM (Attio) and dialer (Trellus).
• Participate in call reviews, script iteration, and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English communication skills.
• Experience or strong interest in outbound sales, cold calling, or teleprospecting.
• Ability to handle live objections and stay composed under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Attio).
• Experience using outbound dialer tools (Trellus).

What we offer

• Commission‑based pay in USD with no earnings cap.
