About the role
We are seeking a Boarding Officer for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Port Said. The role involves coordinating vessel activities, including Suez Canal transits and port operations, to ensure smooth and efficient maritime logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails around the clock, preparing timely replies under senior guidance.
- Prepare all required documentation for vessel operations in line with official regulations.
- Manage vessel calls to ensure operations run smoothly and according to plan.
- Oversee cargo handling activities, ensuring schedules and operational standards are met.
- Coordinate vessel arrivals and departures to guarantee seamless port and canal operations.
- Perform additional tasks to support operational efficiency and workflow continuity.
- Be ready to work in other Egyptian ports such as Damietta, Arish, and Suez on an exceptional basis when needed.
