Branch Manager (Pharmacist)

About the role

Chemi Pharm Ltd is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead one of its branches in Egypt. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving sales performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve high performance and collaborative culture.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality service.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Oversee inventory and supply‑chain processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support staff development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Registered as a Branch Manager.
• Minimum age 30 years.
• Proven experience in pharmacy or pharmaceutical warehouse management.
