Business Analyst – Reporting & Presentation

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and visual presentation of business information. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple internal teams to gather requirements, produce clear reports, and design professional presentation materials for management and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Gather and consolidate information from various teams to prepare business reports and documentation.
• Develop professional presentations, reports, and meeting materials for management and internal stakeholders.
• Organise and present business data using clear, visually appealing layouts and charts.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑up activities.
• Conduct research and collect data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Maintain and update business documentation, templates, and presentation assets.
• Assist in monitoring project activities and preparing progress updates.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, branding, and quality across all documentation and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, business support, project coordination or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and documentation.
• Ability to transform business information into clear, professional presentation materials.
