Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

About the role

Insta Pharm, a leading cosmetics contract manufacturer, is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its B2B client base. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, presenting the company’s manufacturing, filling, and packaging solutions, and closing contracts that support brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for contract manufacturing, private‑label, filling, and packaging services.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to grow the client portfolio.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and production teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Represent Insta Pharm at industry events and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or contract manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
