Business Development Representative – GCC Market

About the role

This position is for a Business Development Representative focused on the GCC market. The ideal candidate is a relentless deal‑hunter with a deep network across the GCC and a proven track record in selling Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). The role is outbound‑focused, requiring self‑starting attitude and the ability to create sales opportunities from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Self‑generate pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging key decision‑makers across the GCC.
• Leverage existing high‑level relationships to secure high‑value meetings and fast‑track deals.
• Present, position, and articulate the value proposition of UCaaS solutions to C‑level executives and IT leaders.
• Manage full‑cycle opportunity creation: qualify leads, conduct discovery, build rapport, and transition qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
• Conduct market mapping to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and local market dynamics within the GCC.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience selling UCaaS solutions.
• Strong, active network of enterprise decision‑makers within the GCC region.
• Demonstrated outbound hunter mentality with a track record of self‑generating prospects.
• Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.
