Camps and Adventure Learning Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Camps and Adventure Learning Coordinator to join our school community in Maadi, Cairo. You will lead the planning and execution of school camps, trips and adventure‑based learning activities, ensuring they are safe, educational and enjoyable for students.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and supervise on‑site school camps, field trips and adventure learning programs.
• Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, equipment and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage risk assessments for all activities.
• Liaise with parents, teachers and external partners to communicate schedules, requirements and feedback.
• Monitor program budgets and maintain accurate records of participation and expenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience planning and managing camps or outdoor trips.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiastic about outdoor and experiential learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English, Arabic and French languages.
• Excellent planning and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to handle safety protocols and emergency procedures.
