About the role

Noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The Category Growth Associate will drive growth and visibility for product categories, ensuring a seamless on‑site shopping experience and supporting high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Increase category GMV, conversion rates, and discoverability through effective on‑site merchandising.
• Optimize entry‑to‑purchase funnel metrics such as CTR, CVR, and add‑to‑cart.
• Maintain accurate, timely setup of banners, collections, and product placements, aligned with marketing calendars.
• Execute category‑led campaigns (sales, festivals, brand days) with zero‑error go‑lives and coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply teams.
• Track post‑campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong project‑management, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
