Central Control Operator Supervisor

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Central Control Operator Supervisor to lead the Operations Control Centre (OCC) in Cairo. You will ensure safe and efficient train movements while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and managing the power supply for the line and depot.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control train and MIV movements to maintain punctuality, availability and regularity.
• Regulate traffic via CCTV in coordination with EONP and T&C managers.
• Manage the power supply system, including high, medium and low voltage distribution for the line and depot.
• Record events in the logbook and specific software tools, handling both nominal and degraded modes.
• Coordinate actions with operational stakeholders to uphold quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar railway project role.
• Awareness of railway operation risks related to electrical and train‑movement environments.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
