Change Control Specialist

About the role

The Change Control Specialist will coordinate and manage change control requests within Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to evaluate, approve, and implement changes while ensuring compliance with GMP and cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log change control requests, identifying all impacted areas for evaluation.
• Facilitate the defined change control process, involving appropriate stakeholders to approve or reject changes.
• Compile and sequence activities required from each stakeholder after integration and re‑evaluation of proposed actions.
• Monitor progress of change tasks to ensure completion within target dates.
• Review data submitted by stakeholders to support change authorization.
• Conduct post‑implementation verification and close out change control records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in health‑related sciences or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
