Civil Engineer – Construction Site Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join ecoSAS International’s construction team in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality results on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Ensure work complies with project requirements, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Verify quantities and support project planning and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable construction codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with engineering software for design and analysis.
