About the role
The Clinical Instructor – Nursing will design, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs for nursing staff at Ahl Masr Hospital. This role ensures that nursing competencies are continuously enhanced and aligned with the latest clinical standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop learning and staff development plans, including training lectures and courses.
- Deliver nursing knowledge and clinical skills training to nursing staff.
- Evaluate nursing staff compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Assess and complete competency evaluations for nursing personnel.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 3–5 years of relevant nursing education or clinical training experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and the Internet.
