About the role

The Cloud Business Development Specialist supports the creation and delivery of cloud‑based solutions and services. Working closely with technical and commercial teams, the role bridges customer needs with product offerings to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data and attend meetings to design solutions from both commercial and technical perspectives, with support from technical teams.
• Research pricing methodologies and maintain effective communication with service providers and sales channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new cloud and value‑added products and services.
• Respond to customer requirements, stay up‑to‑date on market trends, and conduct research to transform ideas into cloud solutions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of issues and assist in periodic reporting.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
