Cold Call Agent – Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Call Agent to join our remote team as an Appointment Setter. You will work full‑time during U.S. EST business hours, reaching out to business owners and qualifying leads for our sales closers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound calls daily using our power‑dialer software.
• Warm‑transfer interested prospects to closers or schedule follow‑up calls.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM after each interaction.
• Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversation flow.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs for call volume, leads generated, and qualified transfers.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving.
• Manage inbound calls or callbacks when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or tele‑prospecting experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working full‑time on U.S. EST schedule.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, headset, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with dialer tools such as ReadyMode, Kixie, PhoneBurner, or Five9.
