Cold Caller (Full-time)

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time Cold Caller to reach out to potential customers by phone, introduce its products or services and generate interest. The position works in a fast‑paced environment with set shifts from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Dial outbound leads following a prepared call script.
• Handle objections, qualify prospects and record call outcomes accurately.
• Update customer information in the CRM system after each call.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to schedule follow‑up calls and set appointments.
• Meet daily call‑volume and conversion targets while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone on every interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum B1 level proficiency in English.
• Previous cold‑calling or tele‑sales experience is optional but welcomed.
• Willingness to work the 5 p.m. – 2 a.m. shift on a full‑time basis.
• Immediate start date.
