About the role
We are seeking motivated, entry‑level individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. The role includes comprehensive on‑the‑job training and a minimum nine‑month commitment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document interactions and follow company scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and a distraction‑free workspace.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluent in English.
- Dependable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Perfect attendance during the initial two‑week training period.
- Reliable wired internet connection and a wired USB headset.
What we offer
- Full‑time schedule: 5 days per week, 8–9 hours daily.
- Base pay with potential performance‑based incentives.
- Participation in two annual company events.
