CoMan Quality Supervisor

About the role
The CoMan Quality Supervisor will be based at PepsiCo's contract manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with quality and food‑safety standards. This role drives cultural change, oversees laboratory testing, and guarantees that finished products meet PepsiCo specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Lead culture change initiatives for quality and food safety within the CoMan environment.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the competency of the CoMan team.
- Conduct periodic witness sessions and proficiency testing of CoMan laboratory activities to ensure accurate results.
- Perform regular sampling and testing of finished products according to standard protocols.
- Approve process change validations and qualifications to maintain product quality stability.
- Manage customer complaints, ensuring thorough investigations by the CoMan team.
- Review corrective actions, track and monitor resolution of customer complaints.
- Develop and report on CoMan quality performance metrics.
