Commercial Support – Customer Care Agent

About the role

Join the dynamic Customer Service team as a Commercial Support – Customer Care Agent. You will be the friendly voice that assists B2B customers with quotations, orders, deliveries and logistics, turning interactions into lasting advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage B2B commercial operations: handle quotation requests, order processing, modifications, delivery coordination and logistics claims.
• Prepare and share commercial and shipping documentation while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and reactively by collaborating with front‑office, offer managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat and portal in compliance with Commercial Customer Care processes.
• Promote Schneider Electric’s digital support tools and encourage customer adoption.
• Schedule and lead Hyper Care calls with VIP partners, document minutes and track action‑plan execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, languages or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross‑functionally.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) – BFO knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in customer care, order management or B2B operations.
