Compliance Officer – Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support our Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring that all promotional activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards. You will act as a strategic partner, guiding the business to meet internal policies, industry codes, and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, Code of Ethics, and applicable laws.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across sales and marketing operations.
• Provide compliance guidance to management and support ethical decision‑making.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the annual compliance plan and related initiatives.
• Lead compliance monitoring, investigations, corrective actions, and follow‑up activities.
• Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
• Oversee interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and ensure third‑party due diligence.
• Support internal audits and timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance or a related function within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance standards, anti‑bribery regulations, and HCP engagement requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
