About the role
As a trusted legal advisor, you will enable Americana Restaurants' strategic objectives while ensuring legal compliance and managing commercial risk across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and employment agreements.
- Advise on regulatory, compliance, and data privacy matters.
- Support cross‑border deals, technology projects, and corporate governance.
- Manage contract templates, legal documentation, and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel across regions.
Required profile
- LLB, LLM, JD or equivalent; certifications in cyber law or data privacy are a plus.
- 6–8 years of experience in a corporate legal role or reputable law firm.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
