Concept Designer

About the role

The Concept Designer at hijazioun consulting works full‑time on‑site in Ţanţā, turning creative briefs into polished visual solutions that support client projects and internal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create concept art, character designs, and storyboards from initial ideas to final assets.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine narratives and visual direction.
• Translate briefs into compelling visuals, iterate based on feedback, and prepare assets for presentations and production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Organise design files and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and tools.

Required profile

• Strong ability to develop and refine creative ideas, with solid concept development and storyboarding skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals such as layout, typography, colour, and composition for both digital and print.
• Experience using industry‑standard design and illustration tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a portfolio showcasing concept design, character work, and storyboards.
• Relevant education in Design, Illustration, Animation, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience; consulting or agency experience is a plus.
