Consultant – Planning and Resourcing Management (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to lead planning and resourcing management initiatives for a multinational client in Riyadh. You will design frameworks, workflows, and reporting mechanisms that enable senior leadership to prioritize and deliver projects aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation to improve administrative and operational processes across the organization.
• Analyse organisational challenges, structures and workflows, delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans, including project and program portfolios.
• Design and standardise governance frameworks (workflows, stage‑gates, RACI, SOPs, templates).
• Roll out workflows to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables that meet standards and policies.
• Prepare periodic performance, risk and recommendation reports for senior management.
• Support implementation of improvement initiatives, monitoring impact and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, contracts, quality and stakeholder teams to align workflows with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Recommend and help implement digital tools or dashboards for portfolio tracking and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting, PMO/portfolio management or project/program management.
• Strong expertise in organisational structures, process analysis and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and report‑writing skills for senior audiences.
• Fluent English with strong communication and facilitation abilities; additional languages are a plus.
