Contract Management Specialist

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its Contract Management (CM) team. The role will support sales‑related contract preparation and administration across the EMEA region, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage sales contracts from request generation to signature and archiving.
• Ensure all contracts comply with AVEVA’s policies, guidelines, and legal protocols.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk, and Fulfilment teams.
• Respond to internal and external queries promptly.
• Support trade compliance, credit checks, bidding, and pre‑qualification activities.
• Facilitate contract signatures and maintain organized archives with proper metadata.
• Draft and edit documents such as NDAs, termination letters, novation letters, and price escalation notices under supervision.
• Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial contracts management.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
• Energetic, proactive, detail‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Fluent command of spoken and written English.
