Contracts Analyst

About the role

The Contracts Analyst will support the IT Contracts team in Cairo by managing the full lifecycle of DT S P S group contracts, ensuring compliance with internal service level agreements and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all DT S P S contracts (framework agreements, licences, SOWs, NDAs, etc.) using the SAP Ariba contract management platform.
• Assist stakeholders with contract creation, approvals, renewals, terminations and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and third‑party partners, including the DocuSign signing process.
• Prepare monthly reports on contracts approaching expiration for the IT Contracts Manager.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to contract compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Administration or IT.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT contracts.
• Proven ability to work in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba contract management.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Basic SAP (e.g., purchase requisition creation).
• DocuSign electronic signature platform.
