Country Manager – Egypt

About the role

Accelleron is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its operations in Egypt and allocated neighboring markets. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the local business strategy, managing the legal entity, and driving growth in the turbocharging and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the local strategy and operational plans aligned with Accelleron’s global vision.
• Own full P&L and balance‑sheet responsibility, delivering results against defined targets.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary, legal, and integrity standards, acting as authorized signatory for statutory requirements.
• Represent Accelleron in government, industry associations, and key stakeholder engagements.
• Lead sales and marketing activities, building strong customer relationships and driving business development.
• Maintain local governance structures and oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing a P&L and legal entity in a complex industrial environment.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian market and ability to navigate government and industry relations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
