About the role
As a Customer Experience Associate at Breadfast, you will be the friendly voice that assists users through the in‑app chat feature. You will help resolve inquiries quickly, ensure a smooth experience, and build lasting relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers via in‑app chat, providing prompt and accurate answers.
- Identify customer needs, propose the best solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain productivity by meeting response‑time targets and workload goals.
- Document every interaction clearly in the internal system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent written communication in both Arabic and English.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to pinpoint root causes of issues and develop effective resolutions.
