Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Maersk is seeking a motivated Customer Experience Consultant to manage end‑to‑end customer interactions within its supply‑chain management scope. You will work with high‑impact accounts, ensuring compliance with company procedures while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and consistently meet expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to add value through Maersk’s integrated logistics solutions.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen relationships and resolve queries promptly.
• Anticipate operational challenges and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new clients and innovative programs.
• Manage end‑to‑end shipment processes in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and guide colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a customer experience or service role.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Patience and professionalism when handling complex cases.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
• Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus.
