About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Retention Specialist to join our telesales team. In this role you will engage existing students, understand their learning needs and encourage course renewals to support their continued education journey.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to present renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Follow up regularly to assess students' learning needs and propose personalized renewal solutions.
- Monitor student progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns, ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Target‑driven mindset and a positive, results‑oriented approach.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance and commission.
