About the role
Join a global customer experience provider as a Customer Service Representative in an English‑speaking call centre. This entry‑level position is designed for recent university graduates who are ready to start their professional journey immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from English‑speaking customers.
- Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions in the company’s systems following quality standards.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and adhere to shift rotations, including night and overnight shifts.
Required profile
- University graduate (fresh graduates welcome).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Availability to start immediately and work flexible, rotational shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficient written and spoken English (B2+).
