About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide friendly, accurate assistance to our customers through phone, email and chat. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop communication skills while supporting customers with product information, pricing and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide clear, knowledgeable responses about product details, pricing and stock status.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and fulfill requests.
- Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms to record interactions and update records.
Required profile
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
- Open to candidates with no prior work experience, including undergraduates or those with gap years.
